Your privacy is very important. When you visit this site, you acknowledge that we may collect data from all visitors.  We collect information supplied by you, should you complete any of our online forms, send emails or request information regarding our services.  Callcoop Business Support will only use your information to service any of your requests or needs.  We will also use your information to inform you of relevant correspondence or changes  regarding events toward our business.  If you don't want us to contact you via email, post or phone, or you don't wish to receive relevant correspondence from us, you need to advise us via email.

We will never supply any client details to any third party.
 

We manage the details of our clients with the strictest of confidence. Upon the initial engagement of work carried out by Callcoop Business Support, we will provide a signed Confidentiality Agreement to protect your business and clients.  We are however obligated by Law, should there be a request to provide information regarding your business for Legal and/or  Government processing.
 

Callcoop Business Support provides a cost effective outsourcing service to relieve clients from expenditure incurred on the employment of administration staff, that may not necessarily  be required. To enable us to provide this convenient service, we therefore expect that our payment terms are fulfilled.

We reserve the right to request payment prior to commencement of some projects and services provided.
 

Our reliable service guarantees a maximum turn around time of 48 hours on all administrative work carried out.  Bookkeeping services may incur a  longer turn around time pending the terms discussed upon consultation and the level of service being provided.  We also offer an express service for urgent request requiring immediate attention, however a premium charge will be applied to the invoice total for this service.
